ReactionGrid on Treet TV - Designing Worlds

Episode 80, aired on March 23 and can be viewed at http://treet.tv/shows/designingworlds. If it is not at the top, just scroll down a bit and watch the video.

On March 17, Saffia Widdershins and Elrik Merlin of Designing Worlds and a few other wonderful people filmed a show on ReactionGrid. The final 15-minute segment was an interview about the World's Fair project.

Whether you are Gridizen of ReactionGrid or not, the hour-long show is worth watching. Kyle G. (ReactionGrid creator) and Chris Hart (Chief Technical Officer) discussed the many aspects of ReactionGrid: its growth, potential for education, and goals for the future. In between the studio discussion various projects on ReactionGrid were shown. The first segment was "My Michigan" a sim run by Haley Dunning, where school children from 2nd to 8th grade learn history, math, and social interaction while working together in a virtual world. The second segment was the sim owned by Wizard Gynoid, where multidimensional math is used to create amazing displays. Following that was the land of Viv Trafalga with its unique textures and rather large flowers. Lastly was the segment on the World's Fair project.

I recommend that you view this show and others that are available. These shows are professionally created and show a side of the Virtual World that many of you many not even know exist.
